Kevin (Pawan) has been in the industry since 1985, initially in funds management and since then in financial planning.

He has guided his clients through the 1987 stock market crash, the property boom and bust of the late 80s, early 1990s, the interesting year of 1994, the tech boom and crash in late 1990s and 2000s, the Kuwait war, the Iraq invasion, the SARS scare, the boom in early 2000s and the GFC in 2008.In fact, he is one of the most experienced and sought after planners in the industry.

Specialising in complex strategies for high net worth individuals and business owners, Kevin is focused on building assets and using all available resources to do it. Working with many different financial advisers over the last 30 years has given me great insight into what good financial planning can do for a client.

I spend my time between Sydney, Lake Macquarie and Gold Coast. My weekends are spent with family and friends and in my spare time I enjoy sailing and travelling.

Nitika Sondhi MPA

Practice Manager

Nitika moved to Australia in 2008 for higher studies and attained her Masters in Professional Accounting in 2011. After beginning her career in accounts and sales administration, Nitika completed the Diploma in Financial Planning and moved into the financial planning industry in 2013, satisfying her interest to learn more about investment markets and to help others to realise their goals to achieve financial security. She joined Wealth Creation Advisors as an Admin & Super Assistant in 2013 and has since then refined and improved her technical skills.

Prior to joining Wealth Creation Advisors, Nitika has worked in media, real estate and accounting firms. These varying roles has offered her a wealth of understanding on client service and account management, which translates to greater confidence for the clients of Wealth Creation Advisors.

Nitika plays a pivotal role in client research and information management, relating our advice back to client’s goals and objectives. She assists with the delivery and preparation of all advice documents. In addition, as Super Assistant, she liaises with corporate super members and manages their queries through to resolution.

Anshika Maini

Client Services

Anshika provides a high level client service experience for all our clients and is your first point of contact for all questions. Anshika plays a pivotal role in client research and information management, relating our advice back to client’s goals and objectives.

She assists with the delivery and preparation of all advice documents. Anshika manages client service and new business implementation for clients, ensuring a smooth back-office operation from start to finish. Her passion and drive results in a smoother client experience.
