Dear Sir/Madam,

It’s been amazing how quickly Antoinette responded to my queries and advised me what to do next. Antoinette was introduced to me back in July 2011 by TCS HR manager as the contact person for TCS Super at MLC.

I discussed my intention with Antoinette to redirect my TCS super contribution from Colonial to MLC and also asked how I could remove TPD from my package and add income protection insurance. The very next business day Antoinette replied to me introducing herself as the Corporate Super Relationship Manager for the Tata super through MLC. She also attached At a Glance document for me to look at with more information about the MLC Fund.

As soon as my first contribution was transferred to MLC, I received another email from Antoinette with the following info:

• She checked my account and confirmed that my MLC super account was opened and activated;
• She updated MLC records with my email ID for future online access to the account (she attached a proof as well);
• Sent my MLC account Welcome Kit in the email;
• Also attached to the email 2 pages of MLC insurance changes letter to cancel TPD cover;
• Also on the email was a MLC Bus Super Request for Insurance form with instructions on how to complete it.

She was extremely helpful and guided me along the entire process. Antoinette was also available for question via email or direct contact whenever I had questions.
